    Do you like turkey?

Post  Admin on Wed Jul 08, 2009 4:15 am

I don't really eat meat, although I'm not a vegetarian. I don't like turkey though. I prefer chicken if I have to have some sort of meat.

I do like it, I would just prefer other meats. If I go to someone's house for a roast and they do turkey, I ask for less meat and more veg. I do often use turkey mince to make meatballs, it's a much nicer texture than roasted.

We usually have beef or pork because my mum gets loads of it free from her work (she works on a farm). If it wasn't free, we'd probably have chicken though because it's cheaper.

Turkey does work well as mince meat for meat balls though. I tend to find it too stringy roasted as well.
