    How much do you set aside for parties?

    We set aside about £20 for going to parties and if we have one we usually spend about £30 on them.

    I go overboard for even small gatherings (which is all I really have because I can't fit loads of people in my place) and I make things like eggnog which require a botte of Brandy (like £15!) and also I make mulled cider. I also make little gifts for people.

    I usually just add whatever I am buying for my gatherings to my food and drink budgets so I don't see the damage lol.
